Printer keeps saying, "Printer Not Activated - Code 20".

To Whom It May Concern,
I have delete the Kodak Printer ESP - C315 and reinstalled it. According to the Troubleshooting it stated, "Everything Okay". But when I want to print out a page. It keeps stating, "Printer Not Activated - Code 20". I have delete the whole program and printer, I have restarted the computer, then reinstalled the printer using the disk that came with the printer, and restarted the computer again. Everything is coming back okay until I have to print.
Can you please help me? I don't know what to do.
