If this is an older ford truck it probably has a carb with stuck floats . easy solution is to tap the carb with a hammer till the floats release and shut the fuel off when the float bowels are full this is caused by corrosion in the float pins by ethanol based fuel. If this is not your problem be more specific with your question.
