Bought a 2nd hand iPod shuffle 2. Charges well through the dock, and plays preloaded music but when I connect it to my PC I get the USB malfunction error. I have tried uninstalling the driver and reconnecting but it still won't connect. :( other ideas please? I think the $1 I paid at a church garage sale was a nice donation. Would like to get it synching tho so I can use it.
