I have a MacBook Late 2008 ( Mac5.1) and I am running Yosemite 10.10.5

I bought 2X4GB DDR3 SO-DIMM 204 pin 1333MHz wishing to replace the 2 x 1 GB 204 1066 MHz RAM memory that came with my Mac.

Sadly, it did not work.

My Boot ROM Version : MB51,007D.B03

I think I am going to give it back to the shop.
