Coffee spill leaked through vents seems, ok anything to do?

Hi,
I spilled coffee and it came in through the side vents. It kept working but the key board and track pad stopped for a bit then I hard restated (held power down until restarted) and came up with a file image with a question mark. So I went to apple and had them open as I didn't have the tools they said was wet inside and showed me the bottom plate but not the actual meat an potatoes of the hardware. They wiped out the case and said I'm luck it is working. I have left it off for 72 hours to dry and it seems to be working now.
Should I be doing anything more to check the device is fine or prevent further damage? EG wipe off the logic board with rubbing alcohol etc?
