It quit suddenly. I was not even touching it when this occured.

I have had this Nexus 10 for only a short time (out of warranty). I was working and all was well. I heard a faint "click" and the screen seized up with no response from any function key. A short time afterward, the screen went black and it does no turn on, charge, or do anything.
Have you any ideas? Is it worth pursuing?
