I dropped my phone in the toilet about a week or two ago. (dont ask). i bought a replacement battery because in a panic i ripped the battery out of it and broke the terminal wire. ive installed the new battery correctly and have had my phone on the charger for atleast 2 hours now but all i get is a battery symbol with a question mark. ive tried the factory reset but it just restarts and shows the same symbol. im going to try again tomorrow to see if it will work with a little more charge and even if it does i will leave my question posted so that if anyone answers then someone with the same problem will have an answer for their problem too.
