In my case the problem was conductive rubber seal on magnesium mid frame that bears motherboard  all around. On original screen this seal was very well conductive.  On replacement screen (ordered from China Alliexpress) there is nonconductive seal from silicone rubber adhesive.

The solution is to cut original seal very gently. Than cut  silicon rubber seal from replacement screen and place original seal in it.

There was the problem with interferences on screen while calling too. It is gone now .
