I bought a cheap iPhone 5s 32gb on ebay with the description of being in a bootloop. When the phone arrived I tried to restore it and, as described, get an error 27 right at the end of the restore (the progress bar on the phone is right near the end).
If I put the phone into DFU mode and attempt a restore: it reaches the end of the process, itunes then shows no phone connected and says that i need to attempt a restore - this just loops over and over.
I opened the phone and all of the shields have been removed, however it doesn't seem as though any components are missing?
Is this salvageable, or should I just relist the item on ebay ?
