Which Magsafe DC jack does my MacBook Pro require?

I've had a very difficult time finding a replacement DC jack for my Macbook Pro. Here's a pic of the original which stopped working:

I've seen one auction on eBay with a jack from the exact same model but it's $50CAN with shipping.
