My device is stuck on "kindle fire" boot screen

Ireplaced the LCD assembly on my device, but I cannot get it to boot up.

It will act like it is going to, but just get stuck on the kindle fire screen.

I have also tried replacing the battery to resolve this, but it hasn't changed at all.

Any Suggestions?
