Check your spark plug, make sure it is not fouled up. Check the gap. Place the spark plug electrode against the cylinder wall and pull start your mower. Check to see if you even have a spark. Check the gas, make sure it is fresh gas. Check your carbs needle valve in the float bowel, ensure it is not sticking. Try a couple of those things and see what results you get.
