I have the exact same problem with my iphone 5s after replacing the battery. Not knowing that it's matters, I used a "regular" magnetized Philips-Screwdriver which, its seems, has magnetized basically all screws and probably some more parts in there. I didn't even know, that the Screws holding down the little shild on top of the screen connectors are different (one being made of aluminium, as it seems)

One thought: I used to have (maybe still have) a demagnitizer for audio tape decks. back then those were used to demaginitzed the heads of cassette recorders for imporved sound. Looks like a pen, with the tip being the demagnitizing end. Does ist sound like a good idea to use this on all the screws, that little metal plate and probably even in the phone (upper right corner)?
