Loud speaker is not working!

Hi ,

I am using Moto e XT1022 model. My loudspeaker functions are stopped to work. Able hear the audio via headset & call function is working fine.  I have tried restart, factory reset & wipe partition cache.

Please help which harware part is affected due to this & how can i replace the same ?
