If so, try to enter boot option and set yours to boot from the CD (optical ). Get a Live Linux CD (or similar boot CD) and see if your computer boots from that. If it does, you know that either your hard drive has failed or the computer has trouble accessing the system files. That would require a reinstall of your operating system.
