How can I know if my device was really taken apart?

Hi I send my galaxy s6 to a Samsung lab so they can take a look on the loose home button I have and I send it twice to different lab of Samsung

1. Can the loose home button can be fixed?

2. Is there a way to know if they really take it apart?
