Hi from the pictures i can find of the motherboard it looks like the charging jack is soldering to the motherboard and to replace it would require a new one to be soldering on. I was unable to find a replacement jack so one would need to be pulled off another board. This will require someone fairly skilled in soldering to fix it. And unless the tablet has super important data on it i would either recommend buying a new tablet or one that uses a much more standard jack for charging such as micro usb on a nexus 7 or 8.
