I just replaced my note 3 lcd screen for $162. I purchased mine here in the US from PhonePartsUSA and they shipped it quickly. I received it in 3 days with just regular mail shipping. They can be found on Amazon or AliExpress but PhonePartsUSA was the cheapest I found. There are many Youtube videos on how to swap out the screen. It took me 20 minutes to do the swap because I was taking my time. All you need is a tiny phillips screwdriver and a plastic tool like a guitar pick. No soldering or adhesives. Make sure you purchase the LCD with the frame. You can purchase it without the frame but you won't save much money and it will make the repair more difficult.
