Screwdriver and being careful Dodge/Chrysler products are pretty easy to come out. then it is taking a lot more screws out of the cluster to expose the PCB board. just take you time, don't rush and you will be successful and have a pretty good feeling that if you look on utube for problems and the fix-it videos you can fix almost everything.
