When I turn on my laptop it starts up, the Dell screen comes up with the F2/F12 options, but then the screen goes black. The cursor blinks in the corner of the screen for a few seconds and then nothing happens.
I have tried two things:
1. Took out the battery and powered it up with just the power cord, but the issue still happened.
2. Pressed F12 and went into Diagnostics and ran all the tests, this came back with no errors.
