3DS XL and NEW 3DS XL Rubber Conductor Set Compatible?

My "A" button seems to be losing sturdiness. I wanted to replace the Rubber conductor to make it sturdy again. However, i have not been able to find a replacement part anywhere. I did find rubber sets for the older 3ds XL model. The buttons of that model seems to be smaller however. I was wondering if the gray rubber diamond of the older model can be used/is compatible with the new model.
