Hello Jeff,

* Keep tab charging mode 15 Mins
* Turn off the charger and remove it from tab
* press the power and volume up buttons at the same time for about ten seconds
* Connect charger and see whether it's going to charging back?

There is other way to hard reset. let me know it the tab not respond to above steps
