Do you have the original disk? If so put the disk in the CD/DVD drive and turn the computer on. When you see it booting keep tapping F12 until the screen comes up for you to choose which drive you want to boot from. Choose your optical drive and follow the instructions on the screen. I would format the drive and do a clean install. Good luck. Ralph
