Judy Bush, check all the pico fuses on the board. There should be either 4 ort 6. Check for continuity. Most likely that two are shorted out. This model has issues with the Convergence Correction Circuit IC STK393-110. Now it is up to you and your skills. Always make sure that you unplug your TV and leave it unplugged while you work on it. The caps will hold power for quite a while and you would not want to get zapped. You will need a multimeter and a few other tools to try and fix your set.
