Of cause you can. before replace it check the reason to burn it, check upper side MOSFET whether short circuit or not.

Of cause you can. before replace it check the reason to burn it, check upper side MOSFET whether short circuit or not. This kind of result i have observed in over clocked GPUs. :-) keep in mind to check R22 also before powering up the graphic card. Cheers!
