+Damaged Logic Board After Short-Circuited the Power Supply

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hi, my 24" LED Display made an annoying ticking sound so I opened it (I already opened and cleaned another one and an iMac). I found out that the ticking sound came from the board sitting at the top left corner, which is the power supply board. Due to some idiocy I felt to push the board with my finger, got a hit and one second after the screen went black. I bought another power supply board online for 60 Euros and installed it but the screen still doesnt work. I think I might have to replace some other parts, e.g. the USB board. Has anyone experience in dealing with similar issues? Cheers, ben
