Hi, my iPod has been on sleep mode for quite some time (a few months), and I tried to turn it on, but a white screen just shows up. I charged it for about 30 minutes and tried a hard-reset, but its STILL white when it SHOULD be the Apple logo. Is there any other way to fix this problem? Thank you in advance.
