My Xbox won't turn on

I've had never played my Xbox for about 2-3 years and after I got a new controller

I started playing it and it worked fine. But after a couple of months I got a new game and tried to turn on the Xbox, Nothing happened. I looked at the usb plugs and all of them were fine. Can any one help me!
