FYI, OSCON SVPC 39uF 16v on my Mac mini now.
BTW, not all Mac mini 2012 uses the Sanyo OSCON capacitors.
On my Mac mini, it come with the following caps

I believe it is the PXF series 39uF 16v caps made by Nippon Chemi-Con.
And usually NCC uses marking ink with cyan color, so why it has black ink marking on Mac?
I think it has the same reason - custom made for Apple. (Also, you won't be able to the same spec on NCC's catalog)
