The capacitor is the OS-CON (solid polymer conductive) SVPC series 39uF 16v made by Sanyo (now merged by Panasonic).
Usually the OS-CON capacitor has marking with purple ink colour. On the Mac, I think those were custom made for Apple, hence with black ink.
I have the exactly the same Mac mini Late 2012 with i7 2.6GHz as well, and I use OSCON SVPC 39uF 16v to replace/fix the factory one.
