Why is my iPod loc screen frozen?

My iPod had an icon on the lock screen that

Says: Not Enough Storage and it says close or settings

On it. I pressed close but it won't and it's frozen over the slide

So I can't unlock my iPod. Anyone know how to fix this technical

Issue? I have already tried turning it all the way off

But it won't let me slide that either.
