Intermittent Feedback to caller, I hear nothing!?

Hello,

I sent my phone in for repair for this very problem, just got it back and it's still doing the same thing!? If I call or receive a call I hear nothing. The other person hears feedback and strange noises. If I restart the phone it seems to fix it for a while. The repairs were replace the speaker and there was a software issue. Any advice?
