This has happened to me twice in the past..

First incident...i gave board a good clean and it worked

Second incident...I was too lazy to unscrew everything so thought what would my daughter do to a tv! Checked SD card slots and anywhere she could hide coins....

BINGO...found two coins lol and after removing them it worked straight away.. Hope that helps :)
