Is the glue over the top of the screws? If it is, just heat up the tip of a screw driver with a lighter and melt through the glue too the screw. If it is in the threads then the factory used some sort of thread lock. If so just place a thin piece of rubber over the screw head, push the screwdriver into it as hard as you can and slowly unscrew it. (The rubber will keep both the driver and screw from stripping.)
