Upgrading Logic Board with Core Duo to i5?

crwdns2934249:0crwdne2934249:0:

Hello everyone!

I have a 2009 MacBook pro, 13'' with a 2.53Ghz core 2 duo. What i would like to know is if it's possible for me to upgrade my logic board to a more recent one, like for instance, a mid 2012 Intel Core i5.

If so, it would be much apreciated if you would give me some advice on how to replace it and alert me to anything that i should take mind of, like mounting issues, ports, and maybe some solutions do those issues!

On advance, i give you my humble thanks :)
