jenn air refrigerator side by side model JCD2389GEB is about 12 years old and at a vacant house I have out of state. Last trip over, I discovered that the unit no longer cools or freezes. Inside lights work. I unplugged, hoping to "restart" but nothing changed. Can feel very slight movement of air flow when putting my hand right on the flow vents inside and the temperature is only ambient. No unusual noises. I heard very little sound when unit was plugged back in but do not recall how much sound it normally makes. Did not hear sounds of any motors starting up. Do not know life expectancy of this unit (I inherited it) and have no history of possible past issues.
