The plastic compartment that comes out of the camera that has the flash has fallen off and won't go back on. It is hanging on by a few dangling wires, but the plastic inside that connects it to the camera is broken.

I am turning of off/on switch, but the camera is still not turning on. I also can't find the compartment where the batteries go.
