When you say that "it opens for a few seconds," do you mean that the phone boots up but not completely? To what point does it boot before resetting? The constant vibration is usually a sign of a bad battery. How long has it been since the battery has been replaced? A replacement battery is cheap and the quickest test you can do, so start there.
