Wifi turns off suddenly and doesn't turn on (only sometimes)

Already tried different ROMs and android versions, I even tried to manually push the WiFi antenna in a position where it's pushing more against the contact on the back (probably bull), nothing helps. It just looks so randomly how the WiFi is turning on/off.

If it's off, it's state is "WiFi is turning on".WiFi Fixer SOMETIMES helps but mostly not...
