i solved the issue, on the canvas doodle 2 screen, click hold power botton and just tap tap tap tap at the screen area where we can see power off screen at the time of power off. if your phone is screen lock just swife, swife , swife . after several times if we do the same process, your phone will be switch off. this is we are doing without seeing the option like blind person. after switch off your phone hold the power and volume of volume down button to reset in factory mode.

1. if your phone is screen lock just swife, swife , swife, swife on canvas doodle 2 screen, where it got strucked.
