Holishopper , best way of separating it is by using a LCD separator machine. Of course you can try plenty of other methods (youtube is full of suggestions) but I found that most of those damage the LCD. Once you have it separated you will need (L)OCA adhesive and some sort of curing station to adhere those parts back together. Big investment for a one time repair and it does take a lot of practice to get acceptable results. I'd go for a complete new assembly:-) Hope this helps, good luck.
