Ipad can't turn off, digitizer not working after replacement

Hi,

I cannot turn off my ipad3 anymore after replacing the digitizer. The ipad turns on normally but the digitizer replacement is not working even the home button is not working.

I want to disconnect the lcd and digitizer but the ipad is turned on right now. How can i solve this?
