Before trying anything else, make sure the Wi-Fi setting on your phone is turned on. Go to settings and make sure this is the case. If the Wi-Fi setting is set to off, switch it on and then try connecting to a Wi-Fi signal. If the Wi-Fi setting is already set to on, and you are still unable to connect to Wi-Fi, take a look at troubleshooting page to try other solutions.
