When I am in a phone call I cannot hear the person on the other end; however they can hear me.

When I am in a phone call I cannot hear the person on the other end; however they can hear me. All of the other normal phone noises still occur. I can also hear a phone call when the phone is on speakerphone. It's only through the normal speaker that I can't hear.
