First of all dry the phone thoroughly with a dry cloth. Take out the battery and dry it as well. DO NOT put the battery back in the phone and try to power it on. Now get a bowl and fill it with enough rice to cover the entire phone. Put the phone in the rice until it is complete covered and put the battery in the rice also. Wait at least 24 hours before putting the battery back in the phone. Power it on and hope for the best.
