Hi mourad. Looking at the [guide|26484|OnePlus One Teardown|stepid=66112], it seems the SIM board is soldered to the motherboard. Desoldering the SIM board might be extremely difficult, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. However, that being said, you might just want to consider replacing the motherboard. Best of luck.
