I have Sony T2 ultra and power button made same problem as it is mentioned abow. I tried many things. 1. reset 2. factory setting 3.Reinstalling with sony pc companion 4. buttonning near simcard tray.

None of them worked and finally I opened lid and  i got a neddle then poked the mecanism of power button by means of needle then i turned to normal. Now it is working properly.
