Water dispenser line is unhooked and puddling on the floor

[image|399493][image|399492]Hey gang, I came to this website to fix my GE GSHF9NGY refrigerator water dispenser. The ice maker works but the water dispenser does not. I lowered the temp in the freezer and held a hair dryer to the door. To test the dispenser I anchored a heavy beer mug on the "pedal". Shortly after that water started draining out of the bottom of the frig. Sooo I went to the back and took off the cover. What I found was a plastic hose dispensing water into the pan under the frig. It's not connected to anything. I've attached pictures for your review. One pic has the errant hose projecting from behind the electrical connections and pointing to the right side of picture. In the other picture I've pulled the electrical connections out of the way to allow for better viewing. The hose in questions is resting on my fingers. Can someone please tell me where or what this hose is supposed to connect with? Thanks for all the help.
