Blank top screen, bottom screen hazy

Hi guys,

My 3DS XL's top screen is black (still on though) and the bottom screen has hazy vertical lines. Before this happened, the DS would randomly shut off. I think this is a common problem as I have seen other posters have similar issues, with no avail. I reseated the battery, checked the motherboard (though I don't really know what to look for), and reseated the wifi module. What should I do? Thanks
