Either the connection has popped off, which you'll have to open up and check.

or the digitiser has broken which then you'll need a replacement screen.

just search for 5c screen replacement, and go up to the part which tells you to take the small plate off covering the 3 connections, and make sure all 3 are pressed in and seated firmly.
